This page allows users to search for and interactively view gene expression patterns in our tooth microarray compendium. Our dataset currently contains: (1) a timecourse spanning five days (E10-E14.5) of embryonic tooth development at 12 hour intervals using laser capture microdissection (LCM) or hand separated tissues, (2) morphogen treated tissues, and (3) Pax9 and Msx1 null LCM tissues at E13.5. Microarray data can be downloaded from GEO.
