Browsing chromatin state and ChIP-seq signals in IGV with remote access
This page explain how to remotely access and view the chromatin ChIP-seq and chromatin state segmentation data using Integrative Genomics Viewer (IGV).
If you do not wish to use IGV, or prefer to load the data locally, you can visit this page to download the data.
Step 1: Download and open IGV session files
I have created the following IGV "session" files, which will allow you to upon the files,
Please use mouse to right click on the "download here" link and click "Save Link As" to download the file.
Please load the files using "File -> Open session", and select the appropriate XML file for that species (hg19 for human; dm3 for fly; and WS220 for worm). You will be promoted for username and password. Please enter: encode/human. The ChIP-seq signal tracks, chromatin state, and all other relevant tracks (such as Hi-C and LAD domain tracks) will be loaded.
