What is MetaCGH?

This website is designed to provide access to array CGH (comparative genomic hybridization) based copy number profiles of ~8,000 human cancer genomes. See here for more information about the composition of the database, additional data files and a reference to the manuscript. Below we provide two different ways to get and view the data.
